Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to ensure that every product delivered meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Due to the personal care nature of our products — including solid soap bars, refreshing body sprays, and nourishing body creams — specific return and refund conditions apply to maintain hygiene and safety standards.


2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or leaking upon delivery.
  • The product delivered is incorrect or different from the order placed.
  • The product packaging is tampered with at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All original labels, seals, and invoices must be retained.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened or used solid soap bars
  • Opened refreshing body sprays
  • Opened nourishing body creams
  • Products without original packaging or seals
  • Items returned after the allowed return request period

4. Return Request Process

Customers must initiate a return request by contacting customer support at:

The request should include:

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Once verified, return instructions will be shared.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or defective products
  • Incorrect items shipped
  • Orders cancelled before dispatch (if applicable)

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during purchase.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Inspection and approval: 3–5 business days after receiving the return.
  • Refund initiation: 5–7 business days after approval.
  • Bank or payment provider processing time may vary.

7. Replacement Policy

Where applicable, a replacement may be offered instead of a refund, subject to product availability.


8. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping costs will be covered only if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable for all other cases.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy terms.


10. Quality Assurance

Each product is carefully inspected before dispatch. Minor variations in color, fragrance intensity, or texture may occur due to natural ingredients and are not considered defects.
